To anyone wishing to join
all you have to do is send this form with a name you would like. It doesn't have to be your real name it can be a nickname
or any name you would like. The name you choose is the name that The Cult will use to address you.
Attention new members and revisiting members, because
promotion is so difficult we ask that you please try to help us spread the word. By telling anyone you think would be interested it
would be helping The Cult a great deal.
Those interested in joining
will be welcomed in automatically, but there are three questions I'd like to ask those joining.
There are no right answers
and your answers won't effect your eligibility to join. I just want to hear what your views are.
